We’re looking for an enthusiastic and sales‑focused Internal Sales Account Manager to join our high‑performing team. In this role, you’ll manage inbound phone calls and email enquiries, provide tailored solutions, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional sales experience. You’ll build strong relationships, respond promptly to customer needs, and help clients find the right products and services to suit their requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in a sales or consultative sales role, ideally within a B2B industrial environment
Strong understanding of products, application systems, or services, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver business value
Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑oriented, with a genuine passion for sales
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A business development mindset

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
