Key Responsibilities
- Handle 40+ inbound calls and emails daily
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries, provide information, and maintain positive experiences
- Perform general customer service duties as required
- Answer phones in a polite, professional, and well‑spoken manner
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in a sales or consultative sales role, ideally within a B2B industrial environment
- Strong understanding of products, application systems, or services, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver business value
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑oriented, with a genuine passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A business development mindset
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
