Full Job Description

Our client is a leading and respected player in the mining industry, known for our commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a diligent and organised Site Administrator to join our client's team in Kwinana. If you have a solid administrative background and are eager to be an essential part of our mining operations, we encourage you to apply.

As a Site Administrator in the mining industry, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient and organised functioning of our mining site's administrative processes. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, from record-keeping, invoice checking and communications to liaising with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our mining site.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support, including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
Organise inductions and PPE for new starters
Assist with the financial tasks
Support the procurement team in sourcing and managing supplies
Provide support in coordinating meetings, schedules, and site logistics.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
Manage and maintain the day-to-day administrative operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the mining sector.
A finance background is desirable
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of mining industry operations and safety protocols is advantageous.
