Full Job Description

If you’re a physiotherapist who prefers less manual therapy and more exercise-based rehabilitation in a gym-style setting, this could be a great fit for you.

We’re working with a well-established, internationally recognised provider that delivers physio-led, strength-based rehabilitation in a highly structured clinical environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who enjoys program design, long-term outcomes, and working closely with exercise professionals.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Conducting initial physiotherapy assessments and diagnoses
Designing individualised strength and rehab programs
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans
Completing periodic reassessments and outcome tracking
Working collaboratively with exercise physiologists and exercise scientists

This role focuses on guiding patients through structured rehab journeys, rather than back-to-back hands-on treatment.

What You’ll Love

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
AHPRA registration (or eligibility)

Comfortable working in a gym-style clinical setting
Confident communicator with a patient-centred approach

Ideal for Physios Who:

Enjoy movement-based rehabilitation over manual therapy
Like structured systems and clear treatment pathways
Are interested in chronic pain management and long-term rehab
Prefer a collaborative, team-based environment
