We're looking for an experienced Frontline Manager to lead our Day Shift Potato Lines team, working weekdays from 6:30am to 2:30pm. Leading a team of approximately 35 operators, you'll create a safe, engaged and high-performing culture while driving operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity and service. Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop frontline teams to foster a high-performing, accountable and inclusive culture.

Drive team engagement through daily huddles, meaningful recognition, regular feedback and individual development planning.

Provide hands-on leadership to proactively resolve operational challenges while delivering against safety, quality, cost and service targets.

Champion a strong safety and wellbeing culture by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and operational standards.

Optimise labour utilisation, resources and shift performance to achieve productivity and cost objectives.

Leverage operational data and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver sustainable performance improvements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring a passion for leading people, driving operational excellence and creating a safe, high-performing team environment.

Minimum 5 years' leadership experience within a food manufacturing or production environment.

A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-pressure operational settings.

Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and building engaged, high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering and Quality.

A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and continuous improvement principles.
