We're looking for a hands-on Workshop Technician who enjoys mechanical work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to make a real impact in a growing business that's becoming the go-to name in diesel emissions and exhaust system solutions.

The role:
- Inspect, assess and diagnose incoming exhaust systems and components.
- Complete accurate digital reports using mobile applications and internal job management systems.
- Disassemble, strip, clean and refurbish exhaust system components to established standards.
- Lead by example in maintaining workshop safety, quality and productivity standards.
- Track job progress and maintain accurate documentation, time records and repair histories.
- Prepare refurbished units for packaging and dispatch to customers.
- Support workshop operations and assist team members to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain a zero-harm culture by following all safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Skills Required:
- Current and valid Forklift Licence.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work on mechanical components and assemblies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, plans and work instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use mobile applications and digital job management systems.
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and workshop procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within a workshop, manufacturing, industrial or heavy vehicle environment.
- Exposure to mechanical repairs, refurbishment, maintenance or technical service activities.
- Experience using workshop tools, equipment and mechanical disassembly techniques.
- Previous experience completing job reports, maintenance records or workflow tracking documentation.
- Experience working within quality-controlled and safety-focused environments.
