As an Investigations Coordinator within our Claims Technical Centre of Excellence, you’ll play a key role in protecting our customers and business by helping to identify and investigate potential claims fraud. Reporting to the Forensic Accounting and Investigations Lead, this role is central to delivering fair, timely and high-quality outcomes across complex claims matters.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and specialist team that partners closely with claims, underwriting and external experts. Your work will directly influence decisions, strengthen governance and help ensure our claims experience remains trusted, customer-focused and forward-looking.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Triaging fraud referrals and determining the most appropriate investigation approach
- Managing a caseload of investigations, including complex and high-value matters
- Coordinating external investigators, legal partners and specialist providers
- Conducting desktop investigations and forming clear, evidence-based outcomes
- Monitoring investigation progress to meet service standards and quality expectations
- Providing updates, insights and recommendations to stakeholders on risks and strategy

You’re a curious and thoughtful investigator who enjoys solving complex problems and making sound decisions. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and approach your work with integrity, resilience and attention to detail.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:
- Experience in the insurance industry with exposure to claims or investigations
- Experience in consumer home and motor insurance advantageous
- Strong understanding of investigation principles and fraud risk management
- Knowledge of relevant insurance legislation and industry obligations
- Experience managing multiple priorities with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Confidence using digital tools and technology to support investigations and analysis
