The Certified/Licensed Salon Professional specializing in hair and makeup plays a key role in delivering exceptional beauty services that enhance the guest experience. This position requires creativity, technical skill, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional with expertise in both hairstyling and makeup application, committed to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Hair and Makeup Services

Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
Perform professional makeup applications for various occasions such as weddings, events, and photo shoots.
Stay up to date with current trends in hair and makeup to offer modern, innovative services.

Client Consultations

Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and products.
Customize services based on individual needs, skin tones, hair types, and event requirements.

Workload & Time Management

Manage a busy appointment schedule while maintaining high-quality service and punctuality.
Transition efficiently between hair and makeup services, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Sanitation & Workspace Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with salon safety protocols.
Sanitize tools and equipment after each use and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the salon.

Team Collaboration

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new techniques and products.
Collaborate with fellow salon professionals and spa staff to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable guest experience.

Guest Service Excellence

Deliver high-quality, professional services that exceed client expectations.
Follow up on guest feedback and assist in resolving any concerns or complaints professionally.
