The Finance Manager will be responsible for all accounting and financial requirements for the hotel in an environment of tight control, providing financial support, advice and expertise to the Hotel Manager and hotel team, with the aim of maximizing value.
What will I be doing?
- As the hands-on Finance Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Owning the hotel’s financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and compliance
- Maintaining strong control over assets, costs, revenue, and cash flow to support strong overall results
- Leading monthly results reviews and turning numbers into clear insights
- Partnering with department heads to support, guide, and improve cost control and profitability
- Building strong working relationships with the hotel ownership group to support performance and financial reporting
- Improving finance processes so the team works smarter, not harder
- Supporting IT and procurement oversight within the hotel

What are we looking for?
- Junior Finance Manager (2 yrs) or an experienced Hotel Accountant looking to step up
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification
- Strong commercial mindset, not just technical accounting experience
- Excellent people skills and the ability to influence across departments
- Solid organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities
- A practical, positive attitude and clear communication style

Pay: $110,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
