About the Role
Kelsian Group Limited is undertaking a global implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) across its operations in Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of this significant enterprise transformation program.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, Technology teams, implementation partners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, improve business processes and support the implementation of Workday HCM across the Group.
You will contribute throughout the implementation lifecycle, from business process analysis and solution design through to testing, data validation, cutover and hypercare. This is an opportunity to work within a complex, operationally diverse and global organisation while contributing to a major technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse and document business requirements.

Assess current-state processes and help design future-state HR and operational processes.

Develop clear, high-quality artefacts, including process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, test scripts and supporting documentation.

Support the implementation of Workday functionality across Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, Absence and Security.

Collaborate with Enterprise Applications, Integration, Data and Change teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.

Assist with the analysis of integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.

Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing, including defect triage and business validation.

Participate in data migration, reconciliation and dress rehearsal activities.

Engage with business units and stakeholders across Kelsian’s global operations to support solution alignment and adoption.

Identify and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.

Contribute to cutover, go-live readiness and post-implementation hypercare activities.
What We're Looking For:
You are an accomplished Business Analyst who can work effectively across business and technical teams within a fast-paced and complex transformation environment.
You will bring:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise transformation program.

Experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise transformation program.

Strong business process analysis, process mapping and requirements-gathering capability.

Experience producing business requirements, functional documentation, user stories and testing artefacts.

Demonstrated experience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing.

Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and communication capabilities.

The ability to work collaboratively across decentralised and operationally diverse business environments.
Experience in one or more Workday HCM modules will be highly regarded, as will exposure to enterprise integration platforms, HR and payroll integrations, global implementations or multi-country organisations.
Experience within transport, tourism, marine or another operationally complex industry would also be advantageous.
