About the transformation programme
This role sits within our Transformation programme, consolidating and modernising core customer, sales, contract, billing, service, reporting and operational capabilities across our businesses. This is
genuinely greenfield - you'll be building the requirements discipline for a brand-new Salesforce team, not inheriting someone else's backlog.
What will you be responsible for?
This role sits within our Transformation team and reports to the Salesforce Project Manager, working closely with our Head of Salesforce Platform & Architecture and the wider delivery team. Your key activities in this role will be:
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements across Salesforce projects — clear, testable, and traceable to business outcomes
- Partnering with business leaders and SMEs to map current-state processes and design improved future-state processes for the Salesforce platform (not a like-for-like lift of legacy process)
- Producing high-quality artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional specifications
- Reviewing and constructively challenging requirements, process designs and functional outputs produced by our external Salesforce implementation partner
- Working with our Data and Test Analysts on data mapping, migration rules, UAT support and defect triage
- Engaging with UK stakeholders and workshops, bringing a strong requirements and functional lens across the full delivery lifecycle
Our ideal candidate?
We're on the hunt for an individual who is highly communicative, collaborative, a problem-solver and brings a positive attitude to the workplace every day. You'll also bring:
- Proven Business Analyst experience on Salesforce or comparable enterprise CRM/platform implementations, with solid tenure in each role
- Strong requirements elicitation and process design skills — you can produce user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps that hold up under scrutiny
- Experience operating client-side alongside external delivery partners, comfortable reviewing and challenging vendor outputs
- A track record in dynamic, fast-moving organisations where you've had to design solutions rather than just document them
- Working competency with AI tools to accelerate your analysis, documentation and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, and the confidence to lead workshops with senior stakeholders, including internationally
