Salary: $1,314 – $1,381 per week (pro rata) + Penalties + Super + Benefits

Part Time (0.9 FTE/9 days a fortnight worked over 7-day Roster) Temporary until June 2027

In this role you play a key role in working directly with our residents to support their overall quality of life by ensuring safe standards of care are delivered and maintained at all times. You will work with the team to ensure health and safety, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, innovative workplace culture is maintained at all times.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care including personal care, mobility support, and assistance with daily living activities.

Support client wellbeing and engagement through diversional therapy activities for individuals and groups.

Monitor, report, and document client observations and care activities in line with policies and procedures.

Contribute to the efficient operation of the service, including equipment use, teamwork, and supporting colleagues.

Maintain a safe, positive, and compliant environment by adhering to WHS, infection control, and continuous improvement practices.
