About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated receptionist who has exceptional communication, time management and customer service skills to fill this casual position at Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital. A comprehensive orientation to the hospital and to the role/s will be provided

Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital is a private, 64 bed Rehabilitation hospital which prides itself on a high standard of patient care. Located in Hove, near Brighton/Glenelg, we offer both in-patient and day patient therapy. Employment under the Health Professionals & Support Services Award

Key responsibilities:
Rostered casual shifts (minimum of 2 shifts a week, or 15.0 hours)
Potential to increase hours of work to cover annual and sick leave requires some flexibility
Answering and directing reception phone calls, greeting/directing visitors, assisting with and directing enquiries
Word Processing and management of patient discharge summaries
Multiskilling to other general administration tasks and Medical Record management
