Site Ware Direct has been servicing the Mining, Construction and Oil & Gas industries with workwear, PPE, barricading and safety equipment since 2004.

Our team of dedicated safety experts is committed to understanding your specific safety requirements. We take pride in offering competitive pricing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer support, ensuring that your safety procurement process is efficient and hassle-free.

PURPOSE: To undertake a range of warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily pick, pack and dispatch of orders to meet deadlines.
Receive and check inwards goods.
Re-stocking shelves and rotation of stock.
Ensure goods movement complies with all official documentation.
Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
Assist in reviewing warehouse/product layouts.
Breaking down of stock items into smaller units of measure.
General warehouse duties.
Assist with managing inventory levels to minimise lost sales due to stock outage.
Assist with inventory management through routine stock takes and reconciliations as required.
Communicating with team members to ensure that all product images, codes, descriptions are up to date.
Liaise with team members to increase the efficiency of daily operation.
Being a small business, you may need to pitch in to fulfil any other responsibilities from time to time.
Operate the Walk Behind Forklift.
Order Picker and Wave.
Undertake local deliveries throughout the week

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.
Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description and all other duties as required by the business.
Comply with all employment obligations.
Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given.
Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests.
During work time, and such other times as may be reasonably required, dedicate all effort to the execution and fulfilment of the duties, responsibilities, obligations and instructions related to employment.
Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Work Health and Safety at work when undertaking work or observing others in the workplace.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Excellent organisational skills
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
Full driver license (essential)
Forklift license (desirable)
