We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who shares that same passion for people and adventure. Someone who loves building capable teams, creating memorable customer experiences, and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

What makes this opportunity even more unique? While the role is offered as a full-time position, we're also open to considering a part-time arrangement of 31 hours per week (Sunday to Wednesday, pro-rata) for the right candidate. Leadership opportunities with this level of flexibility are rare in retail, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career while maintaining balance outside of work.

As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

Management or supervisor experience from retail, hospitality or other customer-focused industries
The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security is highly regarded

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
