Role: Senior Educator

Centre: Goodstart Burton

Employment Type: Full time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $39.85 to $41.05 depending on qualification and experience

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Burton

You’ll find us on Springbank Boulevard, close to public transport, local shops, and schools.

We also have a beautiful park next door where we take the children on excursions.

Our smaller early learning centre has an 84-child capacity across four nurturing spaces.

Two qualified teachers and an educator studying for her bachelor’s degree in teaching

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
