About the Role

As a Construction Operator, you’ll be hands‑on building high‑quality water tanks on sites across the region. You’ll work in a tight‑knit crew, follow clear instructions, use a range of tools and equipment, and help deliver safe, reliable results for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing water tanks: panels, jacks, bolting, taping, liners, fittings, roofing and flashings
General site labouring
Assisting trades (scaffolders, boilermakers, electricians, pipe fitters)
Completing tank inspections and basic reporting
Travelling for site work as required

What We’re Looking For

Onsite construction experience
Ability to read and follow installation drawings
Strong work ethic, reliable, team‑focused
Good communication and customer service skills
Tickets: White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP, Forklift, Riggers
