About the Role
As a Construction Operator, you’ll be hands‑on building high‑quality water tanks on sites across the region. You’ll work in a tight‑knit crew, follow clear instructions, use a range of tools and equipment, and help deliver safe, reliable results for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing water tanks: panels, jacks, bolting, taping, liners, fittings, roofing and flashings
- General site labouring
- Assisting trades (scaffolders, boilermakers, electricians, pipe fitters)
- Completing tank inspections and basic reporting
- Travelling for site work as required
Following all safety procedures and onsite requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Onsite construction experience
- Ability to read and follow installation drawings
- Strong work ethic, reliable, team‑focused
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Tickets: White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP, Forklift, Riggers
HR licence desirable
