About the Role
Oracle Fusion Application Analyst
Key support role – Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM) environment
Provide functional and technical support for Monash Health’s critical enterprise application.
Permanent, full time role, based at Scoresby Corporate Site

This role represents a great opportunity within our newly formed Applications and Enablement team. Reporting to the Manager Finance Systems, you’ll be part of a team responsible for ensuring our systems perform reliably and consistently, delivering both business continuity and continuous improvement. Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors and in-house digital teams, you’ll play an integral role in optimising Oracle Fusion to help Monash Health deliver tomorrow’s care today.
If appointed, your contribution will be assessed across five Key Result Areas:
Operational Support
System Configuration and Maintenance
Stakeholder Engagement
Continuous Improvement
Governance, Risk and Compliance
This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week on site in our Scoresby Office.
About you
The Oracle Application Analyst ensures the effective integration of technology with all business functions to maximize organisational performance. Develops and maintains positive relationships between Business Services and its customers. With strong system knowledge and highly developed communication skills you can demonstrate the ability to translate technical problems into language that’s easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders.
Naturally curious, you readily analyse business processes and translate requirements into system solutions. Above all, you are a committed team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a consistently high level of service to your stakeholders.
On a personal level, you are:
Highly organised
Flexible and able to adapt readily to changing priorities
A highly effective communicator, with active listening skills
Sound technical understanding of systems and related business processes
What you need
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business
Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, EPM, SCM)
Experience working within an Application Managed Services (AMS) or shared services support model
Proven ability to analyse incidents, identify root causes and coordinate resolution across a number of teams
Demonstrated experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Oracle Fusion Could, in a complex enterprise environment
Experience with incident, problem and change management in an enterprise environment
While not mandatory requirements, experience with the following will be highly regarded:
Supporting integrations, reporting and security roles within Oracle Fusion
Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI and BI Publisher)
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and enterprise integrations
