Lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise digital products that directly support MinRes’ operational and strategic priorities.
Shape product direction, drive innovation, and work with cross-functional teams across AI, Cloud, Data, and other platforms.

The Opportunity

The Manager Product Delivery leads the core product design, delivery, and continuous improvement function within the Platforms & Products team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise digital solutions, including low-code/no-code platforms, business applications, and custom-built products that support operational and strategic outcomes across MinRes.

Working within a scaled agile delivery model, the role draws on capability AI, Cloud, and Data, Integration & Analytics teams to design, build, and continuously improve scalable, user-focused digital products aligned to Tech Services strategy and COO priorities. It also drives strong product-led ways of working, disciplined planning, and a culture of continuous improvement to deliver business value at pace.

Set product direction and priorities in line with Tech Services strategy and COO goals.
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, from discovery through to BAU transition.
Oversee governance, performance, reliability, security, and compliance across the portfolio.
Drive continuous improvement, including the use of AI, automation, and analytics.
Lead, mentor, and develop your own high-performing team of analysts, engineers, agile and change practitioners.
Work closely with Tech Services and COO stakeholders, platform leadership, and vendors to keep delivery aligned to business needs.
Build strong relationships and provide strategic advice on product and platform decisions.
Support change and adoption of new products and digital ways of working.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on wellbeing, growth, and innovation.

Your experience and skills

Degree or equivalent qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Agile product delivery experience or certifications such as SAFe or Scrum.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, and with Spatial platforms (i.e. ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise) is desirable.
10+ years’ experience leading product delivery, or digital technology portfolios.
Strong experience delivering in scaled agile environments, including PI planning, backlog management, and sprint delivery.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across development, data, AI, and cloud.
Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of enterprise platforms and business applications.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate technical concepts into business value.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and licensing across digital products and platforms.
