Full Job Description

Department Overview: Parts Distribution Centre - Guildford

Roster – 5 Days, 8 Hrs/Day

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality, customer-focussed service by responding to phone and in-person enquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless
Accurately identify and source machine parts, providing cost-effective solutions and coordinating timely delivery to meet customer needs
Process parts orders and enquiries promptly, maintaining attention to detail across systems such as inventory management and warehouse platforms
Resolve customer issues and conflicts effectively while pro-actively supporting sales outcomes through problem-solving, negotiation and collaboration with internal teams.

Skills & Experience:

Customer service and sales experience within automotive or heavy industry.
Parts identification experience or exposure to the automotive, mining or heavy equipment industries and ability to recommend practical and cost-effective solutions
Manage challenging customer situations calmly, applying a solution-focussed mindset to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Strong administrative and system proficiency – with a high attention to detail, solid computer skills across MF Office, inventory management and warehouse systems.
