Summary:

The Senior Operations Manager at Forest Hill Chase will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the property while also providing operational leadership and support across other assets within the portfolio as required. This position is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving strategic initiatives that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple assets to share best practices, optimise performance, and support the achievement of broader organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyse operational performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the property and housing sector.
Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management and operational software tools.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
