Assistant Wellness Centre Manager

Location: Mt Gravatt, Brisbane
Salary: $65,000–$68,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Wellness Benefits

About the Role

As Assistant Wellness Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the centre, supporting the Centre Manager to create exceptional customer experiences while leading a positive and accountable team culture.

No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
Leading, motivating and supporting a small team
Coaching staff to achieve sales and KPI targets
Managing bookings, enquiries and our booking system
Opening and closing the centre
Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the centre
Supporting daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Loves working with people and building genuine relationships
Has previous leadership, supervisory or management experience
Has strong customer service and communication skills
Is confident achieving sales targets and KPIs
Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Has an interest in health, wellness and helping others
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current First Aid & CPR certificate

Availability

This role works across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends. Flexibility to work a combination of morning, afternoon and occasional evening shifts is essential.
