The Opportunity

Advance your consulting career and join the FinXL PMO & Project Services Practice as a Transformation Program Coordinator supporting a major, long-term enterprise integration and transformation program for a leading financial services client.

In this role, you will act as a pivotal PMO anchor within our consulting team, providing essential structure, insight, and governance across key transition activities and enterprise platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Planning: Support planning, execution, and governance for integration and transformation initiatives, including joint requirements and solution governance.
Executive Reporting: Coordinate reporting cadences to Executive Managers, EGMs, and Executive Committees to drive stakeholder engagement and transparency.
Risk & Control Management: Support the management of the RAIDD log and participate in internal audit and risk program governance activities.
Workshop & Event Coordination: Organise and facilitate governance workshops, manage agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track deliverables for sign-off.
Release & UAT Support: Coordinate UAT plans, release communications, and Control Room activities during deployment cycles.
Ad-Hoc Problem Solving: Collaborate closely with project leadership to resolve emerging delivery issues, analyse risks, and support broader team deliverables.

Key Skills & Experience

Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or project coordination supporting business-critical, large-scale enterprise programs (Essential).
Background: Prior experience in strategy, transformation, or professional services environments, ideally in the general insurance industry.
Governance & Stakeholder Management: Strong track record in cross-functional stakeholder engagement, executive-level reporting, and RAIDD management.
Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, strong analytical/problem-solving mindset, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Education: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Project Management, or related fields. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ANZIIF) are highly regarded.
