Location – Kirkconnell NSW
Employment type – Ongoing full-time opportunity with flexible and remote work arrangements considered.
Salary -
Senior Psychologist - $124,771 to $135,527 pa
Senior Specialist Psychologist - $146,281 - $154,889 pa
Plus Environmental Allowance, superannuation and annual leave loading

What you’ll do
As a Senior Psychologist/Senior Specialist Psychologist you will lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality psychological services for people in custody, provide expert clinical consultation and guidance within the multidisciplinary Service Integration Team, and oversee the day-to-day provision of care to ensure best-practice models are consistently applied. In this role you will shape the delivery of psychological services, provide guidance and support to staff, and assist men in custody as they prepare for a successful transition back into the community.

You're an experienced psychologist who is passionate about supporting positive change and rehabilitation outcomes. You bring strong clinical expertise, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex presentations with confidence.
You thrive in collaborative environments, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and are committed to evidence-based practice, clinical excellence and developing others.
Whether your experience comes from forensic, correctional, clinical or related settings, you're resilient, adaptable and motivated by meaningful work that contributes to safer communities.
Senior Specialist Psychologist Grade Applicants
