About the role

As an Industrial Engines Representative, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, contractors and end users across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. You'll help customers identify the right engine solutions for their applications while balancing account management, technical solution selling and new business development.

Partnering across sales, engineering, commercial, project delivery and Caterpillar support teams, you'll play a key role in expanding EPSA's industrial engine market share and delivering premium solutions that keep customer operations moving.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to!):

Managing and growing existing OEM and industrial customer relationships.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across allocated territories and industry segments.
Leading customer engagement, opportunity qualification and solution development throughout the sales process. [
Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM while achieving sales, margin and market share objectives.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines commercial capability, technical curiosity and a genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Required

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to manage opportunities from prospecting through to close.
Ability to communicate technical solutions and confidently engage with industrial, manufacturing or engineering customers.
Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.(Work rights and licence requirements to be confirmed during recruitment process.)

Highly regarded

Mechanical, diesel, engine, genset or industrial equipment experience.
A trade background in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
Experience selling premium technical products or solutions into OEM, manufacturing or industrial markets.
