We have taken the Australian franchise sector by storm over the last 17 years and now boast a portfolio of over 600+gyms and more than 730,000+ members nationally, making it the largest gym network in the country. Anytime Fitness forms part of the Collective Wellness Group, the leader in fitness franchising in Australia. Our team is dynamic, fast paced and they help to make Australia healthier in their roles every day! Our goal is to inspire both our members and staff to be the best they can be.

THE ROLE

This position is a casual role working across our Thornhill Park and Weir Views clubs. As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to:

Generate leads and convert them into memberships
Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
Maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays.
Must be available to work evenings up to 7pm (Mon-Thurs)

ABOUT YOU

Passion for health and fitness is a must
Gym knowledge would be an advantage
Candidate must love our members as much as we do!
Preferably some experience in Sales and Customer service
Passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment
Confidence in your skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities
Committed to fostering an inclusive gym culture and building a strong community
Ability to support and promote local businesses
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new people
Strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous growth and career advancement
