As one of Australia’s largest mining services contractors, CSI supports MinRes projects and external clients by providing capital infrastructure and whole-of-life operational expertise. The opportunity
Our team at the Kwinana workshop is seeking an exceptional Administrator to provide crucial administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations. This role suits someone who takes real pride in their craft and is looking to settle into a position long-term, becoming the person the team turns to and relies on day in, day out.

Based on a Monday to Friday roster at our Kwinana workshop, as part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the team's success.

Your primary responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute taking
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
Complete manual payroll process efficiently and with accuracy
Purchasing, receipting and costing

You will set the standard for professional behaviour, embracing diversity, showing initiative, and championing our values in everything you do.

What is Required?
Our ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a Mining or Marine environment.

Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a workshop, engineering, or industrial environment (desirable)
Adaptable, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Australian work rights.

Located south of Perth, the Kwinana Workshop is the largest facility of its kind in Western Australia and undertakes the fabrication of mining and processing plants as well as fixed and mobile equipment maintenance. The workshop services MinRes and client sites.
