Charming Beauty Centre - Sydney CBD / Chatswood NSW

Part-Time - up to 21 hours per week

For someone who's obsessed with skincare, loves creating content, and already has reception/admin or hospitality experience under their belt

Charming Beauty Centre is a Sydney skin and beauty clinic specialising in skin transformation, acne-prone skin, sensitive skin, pigmentation, laser treatments and advanced skin therapies - and we're growing! We're getting ready to move into a bigger, better space, and we want someone who's excited to grow with us.

If you're the friend everyone asks for skincare advice, you're always the first to try the new serum everyone's talking about, and you genuinely enjoy making content look good - keep reading. We're after an organised, client-focused Front of House & Marketing Coordinator to run our front desk and stock and bring our social media to life.

Our clients come from all kinds of backgrounds, and being able to chat comfortably with them in their preferred language is a genuine asset in this role. English, Cantonese and Mandarin come up most often with our client base, so those are especially valued - but we welcome those with a diverse language background (such as Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and beyond). If you speak more than English, we want to know about it!

About the role

You'll be the first face our clients see, the person keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes, and the creative eye behind our online presence. Front desk, stock, and content - all in one role, working closely with our Clinic Manager.

Your day-to-day will include:

● Being the warm, welcoming face of the clinic - first impressions matter!

● Answering calls, messages and client questions

● Managing bookings, reschedules and payments

● Keeping on top of stock levels and ordering consumables and retail products

● Updating product photos and descriptions on our website (just content - no coding needed)

● Keeping a simple log of our equipment (warranties, service dates, etc.)

● Creating and posting content for Instagram, RedNote and TikTok - photos, Reels, the lot

● Jumping into simple marketing tasks and replying to Google reviews

● Helping keep the clinic looking as good as our treatments feel

About you

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

● 1-2 years' experience in reception, admin, retail, hospitality (think cafes or restaurants) or customer service

● Confidence handling a booking system, phones and client-facing admin

● A genuine eye for Instagram and/or TikTok content - you know what makes a post actually good

● Comfort with basic stock tracking and simple equipment records - no technical background needed

● Comfort making basic website updates (swapping photos, updating text) - no coding required

● A knack for staying organised even when things get busy

● A professional, can-do attitude and the confidence to run with things independently

● Fluent English; additional languages are a strong bonus - Cantonese and Mandarin come up most often

with our clients, but we're glad to hear about any language you bring

● Flexibility for the occasional evening/weekend when a campaign needs it - planned ahead, not last-minute

A background in hospitality - cafes, restaurants, that kind of fast-paced, people-facing environment - is especially valued; we've found people from that world tend to thrive here. Bonus points too if you've worked in a beauty, skincare or wellness space before, or if CapCut and Canva are already part of your toolkit.

Location

Based primarily at our Sydney CBD clinic, with some time at Chatswood too.

Availability

This role is mostly weekday-based. Every now and then, a marketing campaign might need a bit of evening or weekend time - that's the exception, not the norm, and we'll always plan it in ahead of time.
