The Roles
We are seeking dedicated Airfare Consulants or Support Agent for First and Business Class Airfare Consultants.
Airfare consultants service our clients, mainly organising first and business class travel.
The Airfare Support Agent will help our airfare team searching for best first and business class fares, issuing tickets (Majority through consolidators and in-house ticketing facility for a couple of airlines), processing airline flight schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, liaising between FirstClass and consolidators, airlines, with a focus on building an ongoing relationship.

We have on going maintenance and development on FirstClass.com.au and FirstClass.Travel, plus several exciting startup projects in the pipeline. We’re looking for a strong full stack developer with solid PHP, Next.js and data skills, who’s equally comfortable working in WordPress, Next.js and CodeIgniter when needed but brings much more to the table.
You’ll be responsible for ongoing maintenance and feature development across multiple websites, while also contributing to new startup projects from the ground up.
Technical Requirements
Strong PHP skills with solid experience in CodeIgniter
Proficient in MySQL and MongoDB
Hands-on experience with Node.js and REST APIs
Experienced with AWS, CI/CD pipelines and GitHub
Strong experience with Next.js
WordPress and WooCommerce development including custom themes and plugins
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently across multiple projects

The Roadmap to Remote: We prioritize high standards. This role follows a structured path to autonomy:
Initial Phase: Full-time training in our Sydney CBD office to master our systems and process.
Intermediate Phase: Transition to weekly/fortnightly office attendance once proficient.

The Role:
