Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements, Design & Delivery
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, business processes, and solution designs.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Translate existing HR frameworks, approval pathways and employee lifecycle processes into practical system workflows.
- Support the configuration of system settings, templates, forms, notifications, approvals and user permissions.
2. Change, Adoption & Support
- Partner with process owners and super users to embed change through effective training, communication, and support.
- Monitor adoption, benefits realisation, and performance of delivered changes to drive ongoing improvement.
- Develop user guides, process documentation and training material to support adoption across the business.
- Provide practical support and guidance to HR, Payroll and business users to improve system confidence and consistency.
3. Continuous Improvement & Automation
- Identify system gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
- Drive efficiency by using automated tools to re-engineer legacy business processes.
- Implementation and integration of AI solutions into everyday operations to improve repetitive tasks, categorisation and system updates.
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR, Technology, vendors, and implementation partners to validate solutions and ensure requirements traceability.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing change delivery and governance processes across the full lifecycle, including requirements, testing, release, and adoption.
- Strong enterprise HRIS experience within a large, complex organisation, ideally across the full employee lifecycle.
- Previous experience supporting HRIS implementation, configuration, optimisation or system improvement projects.
- Strong Dayforce experience (or a comparable enterprise HRIS), ideally spanning the Core HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Payroll modules.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Understanding of reporting, BI concepts, data quality, master data governance, and business controls.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and resolve complex system and integration issues.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confident facilitator who can influence outcomes across diverse teams.
- Practical problem solver who can balance governance with business needs.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and focused on achieving measurable results.
- Proven experience using automation to optimise and scale core business processes.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate) to automate processing, data extraction, and content generation.
- Experience working within formal change, release and control frameworks, including testing coordination, documentation and audit readiness using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
