Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Traineeship

Join Our Team

Our Host Employer is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and highly organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Trainee to become the face of their business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, visitors and guests
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Provide administrative support to management and team members
Maintain client records and databases
Assist with document preparation and general office duties
Ensure reception and meeting areas are presented to a high standard
Support continuous improvement of office systems and processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

Friendly, bubbly and approachable
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and polished in your presentation
Honest, reliable and trustworthy
Tech-savvy and curious about finding better ways to do things

Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Essential Requirements

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong time management and organisational skills
Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional client-facing manner
High level of professionalism and discretion
