Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors and guests
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Maintain client records and databases
- Assist with document preparation and general office duties
- Ensure reception and meeting areas are presented to a high standard
- Support continuous improvement of office systems and processes

- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Essential Requirements
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional client-facing manner
- High level of professionalism and discretion
