National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Receptionist to assist the team in our modern Perth Central Dental Care practice!

Full time and Part time position available! shifts may include late evenings and weekends

Job tasks and responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our patients, your welcoming disposition and understanding nature will deliver a great first impression. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you’ll be a competent administrator with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception. From dealing with the phone, electronic and face-to-face communications, through to a full suite of administrative tasks, you’ll work closely with our Practice Manager in a dynamic team environment.

Skills and experience

Customer Service Experience- required
1+ year previous experience as a receptionist in a dental practice- highly desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
