Our Integrated Facilities Management(IFM) services business line works with some of the world’s leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.
We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.
So where does your new role fit into our team?
Working onsite with our global investment bank client, you’ll be the face of JLL and our client—that’s why creating a welcoming yet professional image of the company is vital to your role. As our stakeholders’ first point of contact, The Facilities Administrator & Receptionist is responsible for reception duties and is required to work with the Senior Facilities Administrator, supporting activities such as invoicing and purchase orders, reporting and dashboard completion, consumables ordering and general administrative duties.
Please note this is a part-time job share.
Here is a snapshot of some of the day to day duties required;
Booking meeting rooms
Managing office supplies inventory
Handling paperwork on maintenance-related activities
Updating the phone directory, company brochures, SOP’s & regular newsletter communications.
Preparing monthly reports
Assist the facilities manager in overseeing contractors on-site and finding vendors & services as needed
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You’ll be a front of house whizz with 2 years’ experience within a corporate environment and bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.
You will be willing to learn, and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
You will be well-presented & well-spoken, and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, while complying with the firm’s procedures and standards.
