Position Summary:

Manage the conference and events services, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Let guests #playon throughout the complete food and beverage experience
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Assist with the conference and events operational tasks
Be an engaging and inspiring assistant manager by providing motivation and support to our crew
Ensure the conference and event spaces are adequately clean at all times
Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
Plan and execute team building activities so crew feel part of the team.

About You:

An up to date RSA
Relevant experience in a managerial role
