About the Opportunity
Ventia delivers the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia, supporting a large and diverse portfolio of over 5000 government-owned sites across multiple agencies, including critical infrastructure and remote communities within the APY Lands.

We are hiring an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time role based in our Port Lincoln office. In this role, you will support service delivery across the GEH & APY Lands portfolio, playing a key part in coordinating maintenance activities, supporting contractor performance, and ensuring delivery aligns with client and contractual requirements across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate and schedule planned and reactive maintenance across the GEH & APY Lands portfolio.
Monitor work orders and contractor performance to ensure KPI and SLA compliance.
Act as a key point of coordination for scheduling issues, including triaging faults and resolving requests.
Liaise with subcontractors, clients and internal teams to support service delivery outcomes.
Track and report on KPI performance, identifying trends and supporting improvements.
Maintain accurate records and systems to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Skills & Experience

Experience in maintenance coordination, scheduling or facilities / asset management environments.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes.
Experience using work order systems, scheduling tools and performance reporting.
Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and systems.
