Machinist

Providing exceptional personnel management on site, Fastrak, based in Western Australia, has 30 years of experience servicing the engineering, construction and mine maintenance industry with exceptional employees. Our services also include fabrication, engineering, construction and offshore work.

Fastrak is currently seeking an experienced Machinist for a long term Perth metro workshop based role.

About the job:

Full time casual day shift
Immediate start
Operation of lathe, milling and horizontal borer equipment
Modern, clean and progressive workshop

About you:

You must reside in Western Australia and have unrestricted working rights
Australian Manual Machinist Trade Certificate (or recognised equivalent)
Recent proven experience operating CNC Machinery and/or Manual Machinery
Highly proficient in the operation of lathe, milling and horizontal borer equipment
Hold a current forklift licence
Commitment to company safety policies and procedures
Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment medical
