Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Perth office! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for any visitors to the office, events or anyone contacting the Company with a focus on maintaining security by logging all visitors and issuing visitor passes and providing support to all members of staff.

Your focus will include:

Greeting all visitors
Answering calls & transferring calls as necessary
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Monitor the Reception inbox & forwarding emails to the relevant department
Support the coordination of internal and external events
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Assisting with office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture

What you will bring to the team:

Previous clerical, administrative or receptionist experience preferred
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational & time management skills
High attention to detail couple with exceptional multi-tasking skills
Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills, a polite telephone manner and well presented at all times
