Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a BattleKart Go Kart Track Operator (Animator) and Receptionist, where you will be the friendly face and safety guardian of our exciting go-kart attraction. In this energetic role, you’ll oversee the operation of the go-kart track, ensure guest safety, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily reception duties.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the go-kart track, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing clear instructions and safety briefings
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently at the reception desk
- Handle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales, merchandise, or food services
- Enforce safety rules and resolve minor conflicts or disputes with professionalism and tact
- Sales upselling for more sessions purchases and repeat customers
- Assist with event management during special races or promotional activities to enhance guest engagement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and track facilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
- Support food service operations if applicable, including taking orders or serving snacks and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations in a lively resort or entertainment setting
- Hours include working Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Skills
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality environments
- Experience in events management or coordinating group activities is highly desirable
- Skilled in conflict management to handle disputes or unruly guests effectively
- Cash handling experience with accuracy and integrity in financial transactions
- Lifeguard experience or familiarity with water safety protocols is a plus for emergency preparedness
- Sales
- Experience working with children to ensure their safety and enjoyment during activities
- Comfortable with public speaking to give clear instructions or safety briefings to groups
- Knowledge of food service operations or hospitality standards is beneficial
- Ability to remain energetic, positive, and attentive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $49,900.00 – $82,517.73 per year
