This role will support two newly created GM roles in our Chief Operations Office with a focus on AI, Financial crimes and fraud and scams.

As Executive Assistant to two General Managers, you’ll be at the centre of a dynamic, high-performing team committed to excellence. In this pivotal role, you’ll support two senior leaders while helping to drive a collaborative and professional environment.

You’ll deliver seamless business and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Executive & Operational Support
Deliver high-quality administrative, secretarial and business support with professionalism and discretion.
Manage complex and fast-moving diaries and inboxes, ensuring optimal prioritisation and alignment to business priorities.

Diary, Meeting & Governance Management
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings across senior stakeholders and executive offices.
Prepare meeting materials, briefing packs and agendas to support effective decision-making.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Act as a central point of contact across senior stakeholders, executive assistants and broader teams.

Travel & Logistics

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant.
Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across the Group.
A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding service.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, perform under pressure, and adapt to change.
A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
