Full Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Creative Team – an established Art Director and Copywriter partnership – to bring impossible ideas to life for some of Australia's best-loved brands. Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll join a collaborative national team to deliver world-class creative advertising that is bold, effective and culturally relevant - and have fun doing it.

As an established Senior Creative team, you will:

Lead the development of big, effective ideas across integrated campaigns, from concept to execution.
Collaborate closely with creative leadership, client service, strategists, designers, and producers to ensure work is innovative, on-brand, and production-ready.
Craft compelling copy and striking visuals that work seamlessly across all channels
Present ideas with confidence to clients and internal teams, articulating the thinking behind the work and inspiring buy-in.
Oversee the creative process end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, and commissioning specialists to bring concepts to life.

What We’re Looking For

A creative partnership with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset
Self-starters who thrive on big ideas and bold thinking.
Deep understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and print.
Excellent communication skills – confident in the agency and in front of clients.
Ability to work seamlessly with different people at different levels.
Passion for social and cultural trends – you know what’s shaping the conversation.
Art Director: Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator CC – and able to work at pace on your own concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Prior experience working as a creative partnership within a creative advertising environment.
