Full Job Description

Care Partners Australia is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home and community support for a valued NDIS participant located in Rosedale, Victoria.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference in someone's daily life while providing person-centred care with dignity and respect.

Shift Details

Location: Rosedale, VIC
Employment Type: Casual
Days: Monday & Thursday
Hours: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (3-hour shifts)

About the Role

You will be supporting a female participant with her daily living needs, including:

Personal care, including showering and personal hygiene assistance.
Assisting with changing dressings as part of the participant's established care routine (training and guidance will be provided where appropriate).
Community access, including transporting the participant to medical appointments and local pharmacies to collect medications.
Providing safe mobility support and assisting with transferring mobility equipment.
Delivering compassionate, respectful, and person-centred support.

Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
Female Support Worker (participant preference).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain if required).
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Fully insured and reliable vehicle.

Highly Desirable

Due to the participant's mobility requirements, applicants with a larger vehicle (SUV, wagon, ute with canopy, or similar) that can comfortably accommodate mobility equipment are strongly preferred.
