The Adept IT Solutions Team is GROWING!

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven self-starter Business Development Officer to join the team at our local office in Cameron Park, NSW. Adept IT Solutions is a locally owned and operated IT Managed Service Provider industry leader. With culture at our core, we are a team of multi-skilled professionals who each take pride in our work and projects.

About the Business Development Officer Role:

We are looking for an articulate, polished professional with strong written and verbal communication skills. Your primary role as a Business Development Officer is to assist in identifying new business opportunities and creating new business partnerships. You will also focus on further developing our relationships with our existing client base, to build on the foundation of our organic growth – this is a hands-on role and is suited for an innovative thinker with a passion for business growth.

What you will do:

Gain Product knowledge to confidently up-sell products to our existing client base.
Work with the Operations and Marketing Managers to assist in evaluating and executing growth strategies.
Manage and nurture relationships with both New and Existing Customers.
Provide specialist advice on the products and/or services uniquely designed for each business need(s).
Drive Growth through B2B and B2C Marketing.
Generate and Convert leads by collaborating with both internal teams and external referral partners.
Seek opportunities to build partnerships with Government, Commercial and Community-based organisations to deliver new services.

What you will bring:

Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn a new skill set while working independently and collaborative.
3+ years of Sales Experience with a proven record of strong conversion rates and achievements.
Successfully Completed Tertiary Education in Business, Marketing, or another related field.
Experience or willingness to learn within the space of the IT Managed Service Provider environment.
