Personal Assistant / Office Assistant - Casual

Executive Personal Concierge is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Office Assistant to join our team in our Camberwell office.

This is a casual position to begin with, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person as our business continues to expand.

This is an office-based role and is not a remote position.

About Executive Personal Concierge

Executive Personal Concierge provides personalised concierge, administration and lifestyle support services to seniors, families, busy professionals and businesses. We are a small, caring and professional team that focuses on making life easier for our clients through reliable, thoughtful and practical support.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Directors and assist with the day-to-day running of the business, as well as providing virtual assistance and administration support for our clients from our office.

No two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who enjoys variety, is confident communicating with people, and can stay organised while managing different tasks.

Your duties may include:

General office administration
Managing emails, calendars and appointments
Answering phone calls and client enquiries
Scheduling client services and staff appointments
Preparing documents, letters and reports
Data entry and maintaining client records
Assisting with client administration and virtual assistant tasks
Supporting the Directors with daily business operations
Research and general business support
Helping with social media, newsletters or website updates where required
Assisting with special projects as needed

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and well presented
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident speaking with clients by phone and email
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Able to work independently and use initiative
Comfortable managing multiple tasks
Positive, calm and willing to help wherever needed
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Skills and Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant work
Office administration
Reception or customer service
Scheduling or diary management
Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Client support or aged care administration
Virtual assistant services
Social media or website updates
