What you’ll do:

Are you a master organiser who thrives on keeping senior leaders one step ahead? Wesfarmers Health is on the lookout for a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our GM – Merchandise and GM Private Label, Ethicals & Replenishment, along with their fast-paced teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Be the go-to contact for both GMs, acting as a trusted partner and sounding board
Own complex diaries, meetings, travel, events, and presentations — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Drive seamless team operations: invoices, expenses, workflows, onboarding, performance reviews, and more

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience supporting senior leaders, ideally two at once
A sharp eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills, and the confidence to juggle competing priorities
Proven success in diary and travel management, event coordination, and executive-level support
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the agility to anticipate needs before they arise
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Absolute discretion when handling sensitive information
