The Opportunity

Kelly+Partners Bendigo is seeking a reliable, organised, and professional Administration Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our Bendigo office.

What You'll Be Doing

Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for Client Managers and Partners
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Supporting our paperless office by scanning and archiving records
Managing ASIC and ATO correspondence, including annual statements
Preparing client invoices and assisting with administrative processes
Providing reception support and creating a positive experience for clients and visitors

What We're Looking For

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
