The Opportunity
Kelly+Partners Bendigo is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bendigo office. This is a varied and hands-on role that will see you work closely with our Partners, support our people, and ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Bendigo office and ensuring everything runs smoothly

Acting as a key support person to the Partners and leadership team

Creating a professional, welcoming and efficient office environment for both clients and team members

Managing daily receipting, debtor collections, and accounts follow-up to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and effective cash flow management.

Overseeing office facilities, supplier relationships, maintenance and office improvements

Managing office inventory and ordering supplies as required
-
Coordinating onboarding activities for new team members and supporting employee experience initiatives

Organising internal training sessions, team events, and office functions
-
Supporting compliance requirements and ensuring key practice administration processes are completed

Reviewing, improving and implementing office procedures and workflows to drive efficiency

Supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems, technology and processes

Acting as the central point of coordination across the office, helping teams stay organised and connected
What We're Looking For
-
Previous experience as an Office Manager, or Senior Office Administrator
-
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business

Confidence managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of outcomes
-
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
-
Experience within accounting, professional services or a similar environment will be highly regarded
