What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends.

Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.

Grow Your Team: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.

Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
