We opened an exciting new venue in February, and with excellent success so far, we’re looking for a Junior Sous Chefto join us.
Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to:
- Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
- Assist with new menu development and seasonal updates
- Assistance with ordering
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Oversee prep, service, stock control and ordering
- Train, mentor and motivate junior kitchen team members
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork and respect
We’re looking for:
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences
- A calm and positive leadership style
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a new, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
